Hand-picked fully mature fresh dragon fruit (red flesh / white flesh optional), free of rotten, damaged, immature or overripe fruits. Raw materials are inspected to meet international food safety standards before processing.

Processing Technology

Raw fruit → Cleaning → Peeling → Slicing/Dicing → Sterilization → Air-drying → IQF instant freezing → Metal detection → Weight packaging → Cold storage.

Ultra-fast freezing avoids cell damage, well preserving the natural juiciness and tender flesh of dragon fruit.
